Mortgage advisers using IRESS Trigold Prospector can now choose to automatically receive a conveyancing quote for the case via a Blacks Affinity tool embedded on the system.
The immediate quote doesn’t require any further information from the adviser and can be printed off in pdf format and given to the client.
If the client goes ahead with conveyancing from Blacks the adviser will receive a referral fee for the work.

Alongside the list of mortgages available to the client Blacks Affinity will provide an immediate conveyancing quote enabling the user to actively advise on these services.
