Mortgage advice firm The Mortgage Hut, based in Southampton, has been recognised as one of the most dynamic property businesses on the South Coast.
The broker has been nominated as a finalist in the fast rising property business category, in the South Coast Property Awards 2016.
The category seeks to reward a successful property business that has shone in its region over the past few years.
The 22-broker mortgage and protection firm, currently recruiting another six advisers has grown quickly to build up to five branches in Hampshire, London and Newbury since launch in 2011. The Mortgage Hut is also an umbrella company for specialist mortgage advisors Police Mortgages and The Contractor Mortgage Company.
Finalists will attend a black-tie dinner at the Hilton, Ageas Bowl on Thursday, July 7.

Chris launched The Mortgage Hut in 2011 when he was 21 in his spare bedroom, using £10,000 savings.
Schutrups was crowned Young Entrepreneur of the Year last summer.

She has an MA in Radio from Goldsmiths after gaining a 2:1 in a Comparative American Studies BA at Warwick University. She also holds a TEFL qualification and taught overseas in Mexico and Japan from 1994 to 1997.
Her role includes editorial oversight of the news, analysis and features, event content management and strategic and editorial consultancy for the AE3 Media group. She is an experienced video, broadcast and live-event host and regularly chairs web and podcast debates and interviews.
Multiple award nominations have resulted in two wins: Santander Media Awards, trade journalist of the year and Headlinemoney Awards, mortgage journalist of the year (B2B).
