Bluestone Mortgages joins PMS and Sesame lender panels
Bluestone Mortgages has agreed a distribution partnership with PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network, both part of the Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG).

The deal sees Bluestone products on offer through both firms’ lender panels.

The lender launched into the specialist mortgage market in October 2015 after a pilot with TenetLime and Legal and General Mortgage Club.

The specialist lender offers ‘no credit scoring’ at up to 85% loan-to-value with weekly, fortnightly and monthly borrower repayments. It also lends to adverse credit borrowers with CCJs and ignores defaults of less than £250 or older than three years.

PMS is one of the largest mortgage club distributors of mortgage and ancillary services in the UK and Sesame is one of the UK’s longest established adviser networks.

Matt Andrews, Bluestone managing director, said: “The experience and knowledge that PMS and Sesame have when it comes to providing quality support for their advisers and customers made this partnership a natural choice for us.

“As the mortgage market continues to evolve, the opportunity to work with these innovative companies will help us to better serve those borrowers who are currently under served by mainstream lenders. Just like PMS and Sesame, we are dedicated to helping advisers who can provide the most suitable and affordable products for their clients’ particular circumstances, so we are looking forward to building on this relationship over the years to come.”

Jane Benjamin, (pictured) head of lender relationships at SBG, said: “We are thrilled to add Bluestone Mortgages to our lender panel. With so many customers still finding it a challenge to find a mortgage, it’s great to have another option.”

In early December, the Bluestone Group appointed Peter McGuinness to the role of group chief executive charged with expanding the business.

Bluestone’s founder and executive chairman Alistair Jeffery will continue as non-executive chairman, dividing his time between Bluestone’s head office in Cambridge, UK, and its regional offices in Dublin, Manila and Sydney.
