Vice chairman of Northview Group lending Keith Street has confirmed plans to retire at the end of this year.
A spokesperson said: “Keith Street has decided to retire at the end of 2017 from his full time operational role, after 15 years with the company.”
Northview confirmed it has initiated a search for a head of sales and marketing to take on the strategy and management of the sales and marketing functions covering both the Kensington and New Street brands.

Kensington Group which owned Kensington Mortgages and Acenden rebranded to The Northview Group ahead of the New Street Mortgages launch in January 2016.
The rebrand saw Street, then head of Kensington Mortgages appointed to the role of vice chairman across the group.

Her role includes editorial oversight of the news, analysis and features, event content management and strategic and editorial consultancy for the AE3 Media group. She is an experienced video, broadcast and live-event host and regularly chairs web and podcast debates and interviews.
