Mark Whitear (pictured) joined Foundation Home Loans from Kensington Mortgages, where he worked as national distribution manager. Prior to this, he worked as key account manager at Fleet Mortgages.
At Foundation Home Loans, Whitear will be responsible for managing the team of regional account managers.
Whitear said: “I have thorough experience in business relationship and people management so I am confident I can help the business achieve its objectives.”

Katie Broome has joined the intermediary team to support Marsden’s intermediary partners and welcomes new enquiries and brokers on board.
Katie Broome has worked at Marsden for three years as branch manager, supporting on intermediary enquiries and AIPs.
She said: “I am starting at a really exciting time as well with the recent product launch giving us a wider range of lending solutions.”
