Principality and Pepper Money grow sales teams
Principality and Pepper Money have bolstered their sales teams with new appointments.

Helen Lewis (pictured) has been appointed as national development manager in Principality’s intermediary sales team.

She joined the lender in 2007 and most recently held the position of senior manager in its regulated sales division.

In her new role she will take care of the building society’s team of regional business development managers.

Emma Graham will continue in her role as national account manager and will work closely with Helen.

Lewis said: “Principality’s continued expansion and commitment to the intermediary mortgage market makes it an exciting time to join the team.

“It’s great to start the year with a fresh challenge and I’m looking forward to getting out to meet our regional key accounts across England and Wales over the coming months.”

Pepper increases support for North East

Pepper Money has appointed Mark Wilkinson as regional development manager for the North East.

He joins from Virgin Money and his role is to support brokers growing their business by helping more clients with specialist circumstances.

It comes after Ryan Brailsford was hired last year as head of sales for the North.

Brailsford said: “Changing demographics and working patterns mean that more borrowers are turning to professional mortgage advice and specialist lenders are responding to this demand with increasingly competitive products and service propositions.

“I’m so pleased that Mark has chosen to join Pepper to help us work more closely with brokers in the North East to ensure that more are able to find a home for their interesting cases.”

Wilkinson added: “I’m really looking forward to engaging with my regional brokers to show them the great things that Pepper Money can do to support their clients.

“The North East market needs a lender with an appetite for interesting cases.”
