City Finance Brokers (CFB) has appointed a management team to roll out its expansion plans, with the firm aiming to triple the size of the business in the next three years.

Established in March 2018 with a founding team of five, CFB comprises a team of 10 brokers focused on large developments, complex deals and bridging finance. The firm said its goal is to offer quality mortgage advice for any funding requirement.

The management team includes Mark Horne, founder of CFB, Andrew Gillon, joining from Capital Private Finance and a former area director at Hamptons International, and James Chisnall, who previously worked for John Charcol.

A spokesperson from CFB told Mortgage Solutions that its growth plans include expanding its geographical footprint with new hires.

Horne said that the company has arranged over £100m of finance over the past 12 months.

He added: “With combined financial services experience of more than 200 years in the team, we are completely committed to providing the highest levels of services to our existing clients. We have access to hundreds of lenders and pride ourselves on being able to provide solutions where others cannot.

“Appointing a management team with Andrew and James, plus myself at the helm is the next step in our growth plans as we look to stretch beyond our existing London footprint and across the country.

“If you would like to join the CFB family and help us achieve our growth plans – to triple the size of our business in the next three years – we would love to hear from you.”
