Willow PF hires ex-Metro Bank private banking director
Mortgage brokerage Willow Private Finance has appointed Alex Leggett as senior mortgage and protection consultant as it expands its high net worth (HNW) division.

Leggett (pictured) has 12 years’ experience in financial services, most recently as a director within the private banking team at Metro Bank assisting financing for HNW individuals.

He also has worked at Coutts, Arbuthnot Latham and Barclays.

The firm said it had increased its team by more than 50 per cent in the past 12 months and has plans to grow further throughout 2020.

Willow Private Finance founder, Wesley Ranger, said: “Alex’s extensive experience with HNWs and specialist lending will provide further support to our existing division to provide the utmost service for our clients who require complex lending solutions.

“We are delighted to have Leggett join as a key member our team and look forward to a prosperous start of the new decade.”

Leggett added that working alongside Willow previously meant he knew what to expect when joining the firm.

“I look forward to growing Willow’s high net worth division during an exciting time in the UK market,” he said.
