“Brokers also want lenders who understand the complexities of bridging, make sensible decisions and deliver when it matters. That’s why we keep refining our proposition, responding to feedback and finding practical ways to make placing business with UTB quicker, easier and even more competitive.”
Rely announces limited edition BTL range
Rely has expanded its buy-to-let (BTL) range with the launch of limited edition products at 85% LTV.
The range is available for non-portfolio landlords purchasing or remortgaging single family and complex BTL properties.
Products are available as five-year fixes, with the choice of either no fee or 2% fee options.
Furthermore, the limited edition range will also introduce EPC-based pricing, also at 85% LTV. Properties with an EPC rating of A, B or C will benefit from lower pricing, than those with D or below.
Rely said it also reduced BTL rates across its 80% LTV range for small, medium or large landlords.
Adrian Moloney, group lending distribution director at Rely, said: “We’re always looking at ways to broaden access to finance while ensuring our proposition remains competitive and relevant to landlords’ needs. By introducing products up to 85% LTV and reducing rates at 80% LTV, we’re giving landlords more options when it comes to securing finance, whether they’re entering the market, refinancing or looking to grow their portfolios.
“The introduction of EPC-based pricing also enables us to support a wider range of properties while recognising stronger energy performance and the positive impact this has for tenants.”
