Hope Capital Property Finance announced its partnership with Kennek software, strengthening its lending capacity.

The specialist lender said it has doubled the number of loans its loan support specialists can manage with the assistance of Kennek software.

Hope Capital said it implemented the technology to streamline its loan administration, with redemption statements now produced instantly. It said this would help brokers and borrowers receive figures faster, helping them plan repayments and progress their next steps.

The software provides a comprehensive audit trail and oversight of loan activity. The lender said it will support consistent record-keeping and give greater visibility across the loan management process.

Jemma Wood (pictured), director of portfolio, asset and risk at Hope Capital Property Finance, said: “For us, investing in technology is about giving our people the tools to deliver an even better service. Our loan support specialists can now manage twice as many loans, while spending less time on administration and more time speaking with brokers and borrowers.

“Being able to produce redemption statements almost instantly is a practical example of the difference this makes. It gives people the information they need sooner and allows our team to focus on helping them move forward.”
