TSB has increased the rates on select first-time buyer and house purchase products by around 0.3 per cent and reintroduced residential deals.
Rates on two-year fixed rate first-time buyer and house purchase products up to 80 per cent loan to value (LTV) will rise by around 0.25 per cent.
Rates for these products start at 3.44 per cent up to 60 per cent LTV, up to 3.54 per cent at 75 and 80 per cent LTV.
TSB has also increased its five-year fixed first-time buyer and house purchase products by around 0.3 per cent.
Rates start from 3.59 per cent up to 60 per cent LTV with no fee and go up to 4.14 per cent between 90 and 95 per cent LTV, also with no fee.
The lender has also reintroduced five-year fixed first-time buyer and house purchase products with a £995 fee.
Pricing starts at 3.39 per cent up to 60 per cent LTV, and go up to 3.94 per cent at 90 to 95 per cent LTV.
TSB added that following the Bank of England base rate rise to 1.25 per cent, its homeowner variable rate would stand at 4.74 per cent and its buy-to-let variable rate is 5.59 per cent.
The rates will apply to new customers from today.
