In the role, McAllister will work with HLPartnership’s appointed representative (AR) forms to help them grow their businesses via “targeted recruitment strategies and tailored regional support”.
He will work with Tom Barnett, sales and recruitment director at HLPartnership, to help deliver the network’s growth and development plans.
McAllister previously worked at Primis, where he held dual roles of national recruitment director and regional sales director from 2021 to 2025. Before that, he worked at Tenet Group between 2018 and 2021.
HLPartnership supports around 1,100 advisers nationwide.
