The deals are exclusively available for existing mortgage customers when switching rates or borrowing additional rates. The changes will come into effect from 17 October.
The lender’s two-year fixed rate at 60% loan to value (LTV) with a £999 fee will go from 3.83% to 3.88%. Its fee-free version will increase from 4.22% to 4.25%.
At 75% LTV, its two-year fixed rate with a £99 fee will rise from 4.03% to 4.06%.
Looking at three-year fixed rates, its three-year fixed rate at 60% LTV with a £999 fee will go up from 3.9% to 3.95%.
Barclays’ three-year fixed rate at 75% LTV with a £99 fee will increase from 4.06% to 4.11%.

The firm’s five-year fixed rate with a £999 fee at 60% LTV will go from 3.93% to 3.98% and its fee-free version at the same LTV tier will rise from 4.14% to 4.19%.
At 75% LTV, its five-year fixed rate with a £999 fee will go up from 4.03% to 4.08%, and its no-fee version will increase from 4.22% to 4.27%.
Barclays’ two-year fixed rate with a £1,999 fee at 70% LTV will rise from 3.88% to 3.93% and its five-year fixed rate version will go from 4.08% to 4.11%.
