Foundation Home Loans launches online introducer portal
Foundation Home Loans (FHL) is looking to ramp up its digital capabilities with the launch of an online portal for introducer partners, and a raft of further IT developments in the pipeline.

The new portal (TED – Technology Enhanced Decisioning), lets introducers complete online decision-in-principles, submit applications directly to the lender, upload supporting documents and track individual cases.

“Our stated aim has always been to constantly improve our service for our introducer partners,” said commercial director, Simon Bayley. “The launch of our new portal demonstrates our commitment to providing the conditions which make dealing with FHL, the simplest and most efficient in the market.

Bayley believes FHL can lead the way in creating the best online experience in the market for introducers and added: “Introducers can expect to see regular additional services and other enhancements to the system in the months to come.”

Ying Tan, managing director of Buy to Let Club, said: “We have been part of the beta testing on the new portal and are impressed with the look and feel, the ease of use and the efficiency it has brought to dealing with FHL. We look forward to working with FHL on the next stage of development.”
