He joins from his own advice firm, which he set up in 2017.

Yellow Stone Finance was formed late last year and provides specialist and independent advice for clients who want property or business funding, including development finance, investment property and bridging finance.

“We are building a strong team of like-minded advisers who value the freedom to build creative solutions for their clients, and we are looking forward further recruitment in the near future.”

Lawton added: “I’ve worked in this industry for my whole career, making many friends and contacts along the way, and I decided to join Yellow Stone Finance to work with Miranda and her team because of the huge focus they place on providing quality advice and great customer outcomes.

“It’s been a great journey so far and I’m looking forward to working with like-minded people in this well-established team.”
