Crystal added to Fleet packager panel

Fleet announced its re-entry to the market this week following the completion of a new long-term funding deal.

Its new range includes products across standard, limited company and HMO/multi-unit blocks. Rates start at 2.69 per cent with a rental calculation of 125 per cent at 5.5 per cent for all taxpayers.

Jo Breedon, managing director at Crystal, noted that Fleet’s suite of deals were likely to prove popular based on the trends it was seeing in the buy-to-let market.
