Landbay has been added to F4B Network’s lending panel, giving its members access to the lender’s buy-to-let (BTL) range including its recently launched green mortgages.
Bridging lender First 4 Bridging launched the F4B Network in February and it has since partnered with lenders such as Precise Mortgages, Metro Bank and Hodge.
Steve Swyny, commercial director at F4B Network, said: “The importance of the specialist BTL sector, and the benefits attached to using lenders such as Landbay, has become all too evident for advisers in recent times as the levels of business generated by portfolio landlords continues to dominate the BTL marketplace.”
Joela Jenvey, head of national accounts at Landbay, added: “Here at Landbay, our business development managers (BDMs) and underwriters are always on hand to work closely with brokers and find ways to accommodate complex BTL cases.
“We look forward to working with F4B Network, appointed representatives (ARs) and brokers via the packager route. With all the regulatory and tax changes in recent years the BTL market often requires an expert eye to package some of the more complex cases.”
