Aria Finance appoints Nathulal as residential mortgage head
Specialist finance broker Aria Finance has appointed Vishal Nathulal as its head of residential mortgages.
Nathulal previously worked at Enterprise Finance, which was merged with Vantage Finance last year to create Aria Finance, a specialist mortgage adviser for over five years.
Prior to that he was a self-employed broker for DSR Mortgages for just under a year after a three-year period at DSR Accountancy Services.
He started his career as a consultant at Rouge Property.
Aria Finance was created last year by Enra Specialist Finance by combining Vantage Finance and Enterprise Finance. Enra said at the time that bringing the brands together would combine “significant experience and scale”.
In an interview with this publication, Aria Finance’s managing director Lucy Barrett said that the response from the market had been positive following the merger.

She added that the firm was recruiting across the board and its divisions and a that second charge would be a key focus for growth.
