Avamore Capital hires Linnell as relationship manager

He will report to Adam Butler, Avamore Capital’s head of sales and cover the North of England. With Linnell joining it brings the number of relationship managers to three along with four internal relationship managers.

Linnell was previously a regional development manager for West One Loans based for around a year, and, before that, worked at Goldentree Financial Services for around four years in various roles.

Prior to that, he worked at RBS for around five years, most recently in credit delivery and real estate finance.

Avamore: ‘Continued growth in Midlands and North’

Georgia Ashley, Avamore Capital’s marketing manager, said: “We were really impressed with Cameron’s knowledge and acumen of the bridging and development space along with having a great background and experience from a number of previous lenders.

“As Avamore has grown its appetite in the Midlands and Northern regions, we were really keen to have someone of Cameron’s experience based there to help our continued growth in this part of the country as we hope to continue to support more brokers and schemes in the area.”

Avamore has made a number of internal changes, promoting Chris Newman to head of underwriting and Butler becoming head of sales.

At the end of last year, the firm also simplified its offering, which included reintroducing commercial bridging alongside its standard residential product and consolidating its refurbishment range.
