Black and White Bridging hires Caton as lending manager

Noora IsmailBlack and White Bridging has appointed a new lending manager, Jess Caton, as part of ambitious plans to grow within the specialist lending sector.
She will support Black and White Bridging in their aims to complete more short-term loans supporting intermediaries and their clients.
Caton previously worked as an underwriter for over a year at Aspen Bridging.
Growing the team
She has now joined the Bristol-based lender as the fifth hire since last month boosting the capacity by a third. Black and White Bridging has doubled total lending since 2021 and is looking to continue its expansion.
