Specialist lender Keystone Property Finance will withdraw its two-year product offering from 5:30pm today, with new deals available from tomorrow.
According to a broker note, the lender said that if brokers wanted to access current rates a full mortgage application and application fee must be submitted by 5:29pm today.
Two-year fixed rates currently begin from 5.04 per cent.
This is the third repricing by Keystone Property Finance in August, with lender repricing in early and mid-August.
The company has also appointed Kevin Meredith as a business development manager.

Prior to being a journalist, Anna worked in ecommerce across Snow + Rock, Cycle Surgery and Runners Need websites, and before that worked at specialist financial PR firm Rostrum.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys reading, seeing live music, and cooking for friends and family. When she gets a chance, she also enjoys hiking, skiing and indoor rock climbing.
