Colenko extends Euro Fever promotion after Bellingham goal
Bridging lender Colenko has extended its Euro Fever promotion following Jude Bellingham’s late goal, which kept England in the competition.
The company brought out its Euro fever promotion in June, offering free valuation and legals up to £3,000 on qualifying bridging applications submitted before the quarter finals on 5 July.
The promotion has now been extended to the end of the tournament, which takes place on 14 July.
It applies to its full range of bridging products, including development exit up to 80% loan to value (LTV), refurbishment up to 75% net and fast track.
The firm has also reiterated its broker bonus, where a bonus of up to £10,000 will be given on qualifying cases if England wins.
Mark Marlow, head of sales at Colenko, said: “Our Euro Fever promotion has had a phenomenal response and applications have more than doubled on the back of it. I’m delighted to extend it until the final.”
