Five-year residential fixed rates begin from 4.72% and two-year fixed residential rates will be priced from 4.73%.
The lender has also added 55%, 65% and 80% LTV bands, along with the addition of 1%, £1,495 and zero-fee options to its range.
The range will also have a no-fee offering with a refund of valuation and £300 cashback option.
Precise recently increased its loan-to-income (LTI) limit to six times income, following regulatory changes earlier this year.
It has also increased its maximum LTV and loan size, and made stress rate changes earlier this year.
