Prior to joining Lendco, Smith was head of intermediaries at CrowdProperty for around two years. Before that, he was head of sales for Mint Property Finance.
He also worked at Roma Finance for around four years, initially as national sales manager and then as sales director.
Smith was business development manager (BDM) for the South West at Glenhawk and has also worked at Shawbrook, Blue Sky Finance and HBOS.
