The awards offer an opportunity for entrants to gain industry recognition, and also offer a platform to inspire and influence the wider mortgage community by showcasing individuals who raise the bar and challenge others to do so.
The first stage of the process is an invitation to the wider industry to nominate individuals, from which a shortlist is created and individuals are invited to submit a short testimonial answering three questions. The next stage is to discuss their achievements with a judging panel in a 15-minute interview.

The awards, which will take place on 15 May, aim to celebrate individuals as opposed to companies, with winners changing year-on-year and new businesses being represented.
The final entry deadline is 21 February and the judging takes place on 20 March.
