Black & White Bridging has made four appointments to its relationship team as part of its growth strategy.

This includes the establishment of an internal sales desk team, with the appointment of Dan Nathan as internal relationship manager and Sureyya Vidali as social media and marketing executive.

Nathan previously worked as a specialist broker with Aureum Finance, and as an inaugural member of Black & White’s internal sales desk team, he will be responsible for supporting existing brokers and onboarding new ones.

Nathan (pictured, middle right) said: “Joining Black & White Bridging is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that places intermediaries at the heart of its business.

“My background as a broker has given me a strong understanding of the challenges intermediaries face, and I am looking forward to helping them succeed by providing the truly transparent and reliable support they deserve whilst growing the internal sales function.”

Vidali has extensive experience in reactive social media and brand strategy, having previously worked with Metro Bank and Starling Bank.

I look forward to building on the strong reputation Black & White has established in the specialist lending market and expanding our audiences.”

Additions to Southern relationship management team

Black & White Bridging has also grown its Southern-based relationship management team and appointed Mike Underwood and Shahed Popat as relationship managers to oversee the South of England.

Underwood was previously a product manager at Adsum, while Popat joins from Roma Finance, where he was business development manager (BDM).

Underwood (pictured, far left) said: “I look forward to leveraging my experience to strengthen our relationships with intermediaries across the South Coast and Southwest. Black & White Bridging’s commitment to truly transparent lending aligns perfectly with my approach to client service, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Popat (pictured, far right) added: “I am thrilled to join Black & White Bridging at such an exciting time in its growth journey. This role offers an incredible opportunity to connect with intermediaries in Hertfordshire, home counties and the South Coast, delivering the transparent and reliable service the company is known for. I look forward to building strong relationships and contributing to the continued success of the company.”

Damien Druce (pictured, middle), commercial director at Black & White Bridging, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Dan, Sureyya, Mike and Shahed to our ever-expanding team. Their expertise, tenacity and enthusiasm are a perfect fit for our mission to provide the highest level of service and support to intermediaries and their borrowers with our truly transparent lending with no grey areas.”
