Davey Gurm, John Bremner and Jodie Worswick have been appointed specialist finance account managers and Amrit Kumar has been hired as a dedicated office-based business development manager (BDM).
These appointments come after Precise made a series of changes to its range, including adjustments to the use of automated valuation models, rate cuts and the launch of a developer exit loan.
Alan Kimber, head of bridging at Precise, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Davey, John, Jodie and Amit to the bridging team where their knowledge, skills and experience will ensure we continue to lead the way in short term financing.
“These four appointments highlight our focus not just on delivering the right financial solutions but underpinned with an award-winning service.”
He added: “As we continue to see growth in bridging demand through 2024 and into Q1 2025, it’s fundamentally important that our brokers get the support they need, at the time they need it.”
