Thomas has been with Quantum Mortgages since 2024, initially joining as a bridging underwriter in September.
Before that, she was a senior underwriter at CapSol Finance for around two years. Prior to that, she was a senior underwriter and associate director at Lendco for around four years.
Thomas has also worked as a credit manager at Octopus Property for around a year and was also a mortgage underwriter at Harrods Bank for around two years.
She takes over from Wes Friedel, who has left the business.
Quantum Mortgages launched its bridging offering in April, following a soft launch earlier in the year with a select number of brokers.

The lender has widened its product suite to include semi-commercial properties, ex-local authority housing, and properties in Northern Ireland. Its residential investment product has also been extended to support expats and foreign nationals.
