The lender now has a workforce of 200 and has promoted across its business development, loan management, underwriting, retentions, credit, product, data, and change teams.
In the business development department, four people have been hired to more senior roles to boost their capacity to support brokers and clients.
Four promotions have also been made to its loan management team, covering bridging and portfolio management roles, while the credit function team has seen one promotion to a senior credit position.
Nine colleagues have been promoted into more senior roles across the underwriting teams, including leadership positions and senior underwriter responsibilities across multiple product areas. In retentions, four team members have been promoted to more senior roles, supporting ongoing client relationship management.
There have been three promotions within the product and data teams to enhance the lender’s capability for product development and data analysis. The change team has also seen one promotion.
