The prestigious British Specialist Lending Senate took place last week, offering attendees insights across key market areas and opportunities to collaborate and debate core market issues.
The invite-only event took place at Brooklands in Surrey, with senior leaders across the specialist lending space – brokers, lenders, networks, packagers and clubs – attending.
The day featured insights on artificial intelligence (AI), as well as insights into bridging and buy to let (BTL). Opportunities to grow the specialist lending sector more widely were also discussed.
