The conference is supported by headline sponsor Strettons, with CG&Co and Results Asset Management confirmed as additional sponsors.
It aims to bring together key stakeholders from across the specialist property finance sector for a day of insight, debate and networking.
Two keynote speakers have been confirmed. Alex Brummer, city editor of the Daily Mail, will provide his perspective on the economic and political landscape, sharing his views on the key issues shaping the UK economy and financial markets.
He will be joined by Rob Elder, agent officer at the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) at the Bank of England. Elder will offer a macroeconomic outlook and discuss the direction of monetary policy, examining what this could mean for specialist lenders, borrowers and the wider property market.
The conference will also include two panel debates. The first will focus on the funding and capital markets and its outlook for the specialist lending market.
