The lender has widened access to several key features, including increasing lending on below-market-value transactions to up to 75% of open market value (OMV), subject to a full valuation.
Hope Capital Property Finance has also doubled its instant valuation threshold from £500,000 to £1m on qualifying residential cases, which it said will help accelerate completion times.
Dual legal representation has been expanded, with the threshold increasing from £750,000 to £1m. The option is now also available in Scotland.
Hope Capital Property Finance has also reduced its minimum loan size from £100,000 to £50,000 in a move designed to open the proposition to a wider range of borrowers.
The enhanced proposition is available on loans from £50,000 to £5m across England, Wales and Scotland, with terms ranging from three to 18 months.
