The firm said the appointment strengthened its “broker-first growth strategy” and came off the back of growth in its asset finance loan book.
Hansen joins from Novuna Business Finance, where he worked for around seven years, most recently as sales manager and head of broker.
Prior to that, he was head of sales and marketing at Franchise Finance for around four years. Before that, he was head of channel sales at Syscap.
Hansen has also held senior roles at Aldermore Bank, Shawbrook and Key Equipment Finance.
