He joins from Cynergy Bank, where he worked for six years, establishing and overseeing its development finance team.
Bowcher has worked in UK banking for more than 30 years and has experience in managing teams across various real estate lending and investment sectors at Santander, Oblix Capital, NatWest Bank and HSBC.
