He joins from Afin Bank, where he was chief commercial officer for around two years, and before that, he worked at Together for around seven years.
Davison (pictured) was initially head of customer assurance for personal finance, then head of distribution and finally distribution director of personal finance.
Before that, he worked at Future Williams & Glyn Team at RBS for around four years. Prior to that, he spent just over eight years at RBS in various senior roles.
Davison will join the team in January and support the firm’s “growth ambitions” in its core specialist buy-to-let (BTL) and residential specialist lending sectors.
He takes over from George Gee, who joined Chetwood Bank to head up its mortgage division last year.
