POLL: Brokers split on OFT irresponsible lending guidance
Last week’s Mortgage Solutions’ poll revealed that brokers are divided over whether the publication of the Office of Fair Trading’s guidance on irresponsible lending will have an impact on the mortgage market.
Brokers were split in their opinion, with 56% saying it would have an affect on the industry, while 44% said it would not.
This week’s survey asks whether the Financial Services Authority should be replaced as the regulator of the mortgage industry.
