Kensington's Simply Specialist range is a bid to simplify and explain its residential and buy-to-let niche lending range, says a Kensington spokesman.
Charles Morley, head of distribution at Kensington Mortgages takes us through the product details in the range, including its willingness to lend any amount to landlords so not offering a lending cap on buy-to-let portfolios and its decisioning on overtime bonuses and the self-employed.
