Poll: Have you seen an increase in buy-to-let business?
Mortgage Solutions is running a special week focused on the buy-to-let market from Monday. We are asking brokers have you seen levels of financing for property investment increase in the past year?
Recent developments in the buy-to-let market have included NatWest cutting rates and Santander relaxing criteria while CHL is preparing to return to the sector in 2014.
With this in mind, the latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks brokers if they are doing more buy-to-let business than at this point last year.
