A spate of lenders launched into the secured loans space at the end of 2013 while mortgage lenders including Precise have also moved into the sector.

Figures released last month showed the volume of secured loans completed across the year was 45% up on the previous 12 month period as secured lending reached £493m in 2013, figures from Loans Warehouse found.

The latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks brokers how many secured loan cases they’ve completed in the last six months.
