How to develop the next generation of green mortgage advisers and what a successful customer journey looks like will be some of the topics on the agenda at the upcoming Green Mortgage Summit.

The invitation-only event will be held at 15Hatfields in London on 1 December 2026.

The Green Mortgage Summit will bring government, lenders, surveyors, brokers and trade associations together to discuss the current state of the green mortgage market and how it is expected to evolve.

The event will cover the Warm Homes Plan, the impact of home electrification on the mortgage market and how the green agenda will influence the buy-to-let (BTL) market.

Speakers will include Karina Gerdes, group head of sustainability at Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), Jamie Browne, senior business development manager (BDM) at Energy Saving Trust, and Christopher Gow, associate director of mortgages at Alexander Hall.

Mortgage Solutions has also curated a green mortgage newsletter, which covers the latest developments in the green mortgage space and reporting from the Green Mortgage Summit.
