Reductions have been applied to its residential rates.
Notable changes include its two-year fix for residential purchase at 60% loan to value (LTV) with an £899 fee, where the rate has been cut from 4.75% to 4.55%.
A similar reduction has been made to the fee-free alternative, now priced at 4.73%.
Cuts have also been made to higher-LTV deals, such as the fee-free two-year fixed residential purchase product at 95%, which has been reduced from 5.53% to 5.37%, just days after it was increased from 5.35%.
Further, its two-year purchase and remortgage tracker at 75% LTV with a £999 fee has been reduced from 4.24% to 4.2%.

Elsewhere, Barclays has increased pricing for buy-to-let (BTL) borrowers.
For BTL purchase, the two-year fix at 60% LTV with an £899 fee has risen from 4.72% to 4.97%, and the 75% LTV alternative from 4.87% to 5.12%.
The equivalent five-year fixed products have increased from 4.72% to 4.97% and 4.91% to 5.16%, respectively.
Barclays has also increased BTL remortgage rates.
Atom Bank reduces residential mortgage rates
Atom Bank has lowered rates across its residential mortgage range, impacting its near prime and prime ranges with reductions of 0.1%.
Its prime rates now start at 5.19% at 85% LTV or 60% LTV for near prime.
Richard Harrison, head of mortgages at Atom Bank, said: “Affordability is a real challenge for many would-be borrowers, and these rate cuts build on our recent loan-to-income improvements to help more customers access the borrowing they need.
“Reducing rates across the vast majority of our products also means brokers can offer their clients even better value across both prime and near prime products.”

TSB introduces energy-efficient remortgage
TSB has launched an energy-efficient product range for remortgages against properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A or B.
The product includes £250 cashback and rates are aligned to its standard residential remortgage offering.
Applicants can choose between fee assisted legals and £250 cashback or use TSB’s own conveyancer with £550 cashback.
