Regulator, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has given the green light to the merger between Stroud & Swindon Building Society to the Coventry Building Society.

Copies of the FSA’s written decision are available on the FSA website.

Copies of the decision will be sent to each society and to those who made representations.
