The deal was announced in September last year and was expected to broaden Pepper Advantage’s services with the integration of Computershare’s mortgage servicing business, and its Topaz Finance and Zephyr Homeloans lending brands.
Aaron Milburn will take on the role of CEO on an interim basis.
A spokesperson for Pepper Advantage said: “After 20 years, Andrew Jones, the CEO of the UK mortgage servicing business we recently acquired from Computershare, has decided that now is the right time to step down, and we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what he has built and wish him well.
“The strength of the business Andrew has helped to grow and the quality of the team within it doesn’t happen by accident. It takes years of consistent leadership, genuine care for people, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves whatever the situation. That is Andrew to a tee.”
They added: “Over two decades, he has led the business through an extraordinary period of change and multiple milestones, including acquiring Topaz from RBS, launching Zephyr Homeloans, and becoming part of Pepper Advantage a few months ago. Andrew leaves behind an amazing business and team with a true customer-first approach. That is a legacy to be proud of.

“While we will miss Andrew, we are happy to share that Aaron Milburn will be leading the business as interim CEO. Aaron’s experience as our UK CEO, strong client relationships, and focus on building a positive team culture make him the ideal choice to lead us through this transition. Andrew and Aaron are already working closely together with Andrew’s leadership team, and we are confident in the strength of the people and foundations we have in place.
“To Andrew – thank you from everyone at Pepper Advantage. We wish you the very best in whatever comes next.”
