Margolis has several years of experience working in multiple sectors, including financial services. Previously, she was a self-employed HR business partner, and prior to that, she worked for almost 15 years at VAT IT, most recently as head of people for the UK, EU and US.
In her role as Stonebridge’s head of people, Margolis will oversee the firm’s HR and people functions, aiming to ensure that the network continues to have best-in-class colleagues to enable it to scale smoothly alongside utilising technology to evolve the pace of recruitment.
Stonebridge is undergoing a significant period, with its strong momentum in attracting appointed representative (AR) firms bolstered by the growth of its support functions. Its hires have included people across protection, mortgage quality and compliance, management and software development.
