Industry leaders are set to gather and discuss the current climate of the new-build market at the upcoming British New Homes Mortgage Senate.

The event will be chaired by Adrian MacDiarmid, head of mortgage lender relations at Barratt Redrow, who will be joined by thought leaders from the Home Builders Federation, Pepper Money, Accord Mortgages, Lloyds Banking Group and more.

Attendees will be able to observe and participate in conversations around the challenges and opportunities in the new-build housing market, such as buyer affordability and how this can be improved, the barriers to housing delivery and how brokers and developers can partner to create paths to homeownership.

The British New Homes Senate will take place on 6 October at 30 Euston Square, London, giving advisers the opportunity to network with lenders, housing associations and ancillary firms.

The event is invite-only and open for registration. AE3 Media will review each application to attend.
