Director of Legal and General Mortgage Club Jeremy Duncombe has been promoted to manage the club as Stephen Smith moves to a strategic housing insurance role, in a flurry of personnel changes at the insurer.
Stephen Smith, director, housing partnerships, is leaving the club and surveying side to take on a longer-term strategic role in the insurance business.
Duncombe now reports directly to Mark Holweger, managing director, partnerships, and will be responsible for all aspects of club business and all remaining network business.
As reported this morning, Steve Goodall is also leaving Legal & General Surveying Services after 15 years in charge to join ULS Technology as managing director.
He will be replaced by Kevin Webb, formerly technical director, who has been appointed managing director of Legal & General Surveying Services with immediate effect.
Goodall will continue to work with LGSS until the end of April, supporting Webb in the transition.
Kevin has 25 years of board and associate experience, with five at LGSS.
Kevin Webb said: “I am thrilled and excited at the opportunities that lie ahead. LGSS has grown to become the number one valuation and property risk company in the country but our markets are evolving and we will continue to do so to deliver the very best property risk solutions to our clients.”
