Together extends bridging funding to £200m with Goldman Sachs

Together Financial Services has refinanced a £90m Delta revolving securitisation programme with a £200m facility due to mature in 2023.
The programme is supported by Goldman Sachs Private Capital and was originally launched in January 2017 to fund the origination of residential and commercial bridging loans.
Together has raised or refinanced almost £3bn of debt facilities over the last twelve months.
It said this would provide greater depth and diversity to the group’s funding profile and further support its growth ambitions.
In February Together revealed its lending rose by 28 per cent to hit £1.8bn in 2018.
