MCI Club adds Greenfield Mortgages to lending panel
MCI Mortgage Club has added Greenfield Mortgages to its lending panel.


Greenfield offers regulated and unregulated bridging loans for purposes such as auction purchase, property refurbishment and un-mortgageable properties. 

Its a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated and authorised bridging lender operating in England and Wales.

The lender joined PMS and Sesame panel in November and its criteria are searchable through Knowledge Bank. 

Phil Whitehouse, head of MCI Club, said: “MCI is adding to its specialist lender panel in response to the increasing demand by our members for access to this growing market.  

“Greenfield Mortgages will be a valued addition due to its speed of service and ability to get a reliable lending decision.”
