Conveyancing distributor Broker Conveyancing has appointed two account managers to its team.

Joe Hart joins from Premier Pensions, where he was a paraplanner for three years. There he worked with a team of advisers covering tax, income and retirement planning for clients.

Natasha Ellis (pictured) brings eight years of experience in the lettings market to the role. She most recently worked for Luff Associates as a letting manager. She has also held positions at Chancellors estate agents as well as Waterfalls Sales and Lettings.

The two appointments follow the recruitment of Charlotte Felton in January, who was made Broker Conveyancer’s area director for the North.

The firm said this was to meet growing demand for its services among both mortgage brokers and estate agents.

Broker Conveyancing connects mortgage brokers to a panel of conveyancing services through its platform.

Mark Snape, chief executive at Broker Conveyancing, said: “At the start of the year, we identified the opportunity to add quality individuals to the Broker Conveyancing team in order to meet the growing demand we have seen for our proposition.

“We’re therefore very pleased to have brought both Joe and Natasha on board recently, both of whom have a range of experience in both financial services and property, and each come with excellent skills and drive, which I know will be appreciated by all those who use us.”

Snape said the team continued to grow and he believed that the additional account managers would provide “tangible benefits, support and guidance for all those who deal with them.”
