Broker Conveyancing hires North West area director
Woking-based Broker Conveyancing has appointed Charlotte Felton as its area director for the North West.

She starts with immediate effect and joins four other area directors. Felton (pictured) will support individual advisers and firms on “how they can maximise their conveyancing advice propositions.

Felton has spent over a decade working in the legal services sector. Most recently she was business development and relationship manager at O’Neill Patient Solicitors for over three years.

Prior to that she worked at Mannners Pimblett Solicitors as head of property services and business development for nearly two years and Talbots Law.

The company said that it was “planning to add further resource to the business” throughout the year and was aiming to hire additional account managers based in its Woking head office.

Broker Conveyancing is a broker-focused proposition launched by the Conveyancing Alliance in 2012.

Its online portal allows intermediaries to transact with a national panel of solicitors, who are carefully selected and monitored to ensure they deliver high levels of service and competitive pricing.

Mark Snape, chief executive officer at Broker Conveyancing, said: “It’s very pleasing to start off the new year by bringing on board someone with the experience and skillset of Charlotte. We’ve been aware of her work for some time and she will already be very well known to advisory firms based in the North West.

“Joining as an area director, Charlotte will be on hand to work with, and support, advisers in that region, to help them get the most out of their conveyancing cases, and to ensure their clients get access to the very best conveyancing firms through the Broker Conveyancing platform.”

He added: “At a time of uncertainty in the market, I am 100 per cent sure we can continue our remarkable rate of growth over the past four years and this appointment is proof of our commitment to grow and provide even better levels of support for our adviser partners.”
